Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)
- 7–10 years of Sales Management experience, preferably in FMCG or similar industries
- Strong background in distributor management and key account handling
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to inspire teams, deliver results, and expand market presence
