Founded in 1982, Asia Brewery, Inc. (ABI) is a premier beverage company passionate about delivering high-quality, affordable products to Filipino consumers. Based 45 km southeast of Manila, ABI operates one of Southeast Asia's largest and most modern manufacturing plants with an annual beer production capacity of 4 million hectoliters. The Cabuyao facility features state-of-the-art equipment, including an automated glass plant, packaging plants, a power generating facility, and a water treatment plant. ABI also produces bottled water and provides bottling and packaging services for major food and beverage companies in the Philippines.

Role Description

The Senior Brand Manager will oversee strategic brand development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals to strengthen market presence. Responsibilities include leading robust market research initiatives, developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, and managing brand communication campaigns. This full-time position requires on-site work at our facility in Calabarzon, Philippines, emphasizing hands-on collaboration with internal teams and external partners to achieve brand objectives.

  • Experience in Campaign Development, Advertising, and Cross-Channel Marketing
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Market Research, and Insights-Driven Decision-Making
  • Leadership, Project Management, and Team Collaboration skills
  • Adaptability, Communication Skills, and Problem-Solving abilities
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required
  • At least 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles in the FMCG or beverage industry
  • Advanced proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools is preferred
