Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent company in real estate transactions
  • List and promote properties through various marketing channels (online listings, social media, etc.)
  • Assist clients in property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals
  • Provide advice and guidance on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements
  • Prepare necessary documents such as contracts, deeds of sale, and agreements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and new developments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners
  • Ensure full compliance with PRC (Professional Regulation Commission) licensing requirements

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of
    Real Estate Management
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or brokerage
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, market trends, and documentation processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings or clients
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable using online listing platforms and marketing tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Licensed Real Estate Broker
