Oversee and coordinate all security, safety, and facility inspection activities across multiple company sites, including a Manufacturing Plant and Sales & Marketing Buildings. This role ensures the protection of personnel, assets, and infrastructure while maintaining compliance with safety standards and operational integrity.

The role ensures a secure and safe environment by establishing and enforcing security protocols across all company locations, supervising security personnel, and maintaining key systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarms. It includes investigating incidents or breaches, preparing thorough reports, and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when needed. The position also oversees compliance with occupational health and safety standards, conducts regular audits and risk assessments, leads emergency drills and safety trainings, and ensures that fire safety equipment, signage, and evacuation procedures are properly implemented.

Beyond daily safety and security operations, the role involves routine inspection of facilities, identifying hazards or maintenance requirements, and working closely with Engineering and Maintenance teams to address concerns promptly. It maintains comprehensive documentation of inspections, incidents, and corrective actions while driving cross-department alignment on security and safety protocols. Additionally, the role serves as a key liaison for external audits and regulatory assessments, standardizing reporting processes and ensuring all company sites remain compliant and well-coordinated.

The successful candidate will be based in San Pablo, Laguna.
