YOUR SCOPE

  • To remind and collect Maybank account holder to pay their loan obligations and help achieve the target delinquency rates, NPL Ratios, Recoveries, and ECL of CUL Collections
  • Process and monitor the status of NPL accounts, Charge off/Written off (COWO) accounts subject for litigation of Credit Cards, Personal Loans and Salary Loans, such as preparation of draft of small claims, filing of Sum of Money, BP 22, collection case, criminal and other complaints in court
  • Represent the Bank in small claims cases or other cases required for representation

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To collect and process the accounts subject for recovery and/or litigation such as filing of BP 22, collection case, criminal and other complaints;
  • Preparation of draft complaints and petition for sum of money, or small claims complaints;
  • Assist in Filing of complaints, answer, reply and all pleadings in Court and other agencies of the government as maybe assigned by the Head of Litigation Unit and Legal Recovery Team;
  • Liaise and coordinate with the Courts for filing and / or follow-ups of status and updates of cases of the bank;
  • Processes and effects payment of fees and deliver the corresponding receipt there at for the bank's files.
  • Ensures regular monitoring of accounts endorsed for Litigation
  • Monitoring of status of assigned accounts via consolidated report
  • Provides month end account status, leakage and collection projection
  • Other tasks in relation or pursuant to the above mentioned functions that may be assigned from time to time.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course
  • Preferably with experience in Credit card or Unsecured collections
  • Good Communication and negotiation skills
  • Driven and Results Oriented
  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
