Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal Opportunity

This is a highly sought-after position that requires the expertise of a skilled paralegal to assist in case preparation and management. The ideal candidate will have experience working in litigation, with strong knowledge of procedural requirements and proficiency in legal research tools.

The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting thorough research, drafting and reviewing documents, managing discovery, and assisting with trial preparation. They will also ensure that cases move forward smoothly by maintaining organized legal files, coordinating deadlines, and providing consistent support.

  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses with accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain legal files to ensure compliance with procedural requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal and factual research, producing concise and well-supported findings.
  • Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and witness materials in advance of hearings.
  • Track deadlines, hearings, and schedules to prevent delays.
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders to gather and clarify case details.
  • Manage document production and review during discovery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal working in litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, including discovery processes and filings.
  • Proficiency with case management systems (Clio, PracticePanther, or equivalent).
  • Skilled in legal research tools such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or PACER.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
