Receivable Recovery Specialist

This role involves the recovery of outstanding receivables by identifying qualified accounts and coordinating with clients to ensure timely payment. Key responsibilities include conducting initial client outreach, coordinating payment of transfer expenses, and processing collateral releases for securities custodians.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Conducting thorough analysis of account data to identify potential recoveries
  • Developing and implementing effective recovery strategies
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to secure clearance and process collateral release advice

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. They must also be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • At least 2 years' experience in collections or a related field
  • Ability to work onsite at our Ortigas location
