Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support our legal team with reviewing and summarizing medical records, financial records, and case documents. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work under pressure.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review and summarize relevant documentation for active litigation cases. Ensure timely completion of reviews and summaries within 36 hours of receipt.
  • Draft comprehensive responses to discovery requests, including form interrogatories, special interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions. Meet the target of completing substantive responses within 36 hours of assignment.
  • Compile and organize information, evidence, witnesses, document logs, spreadsheets, charts, etc., to present findings for attorney review. Maintain up-to-date client CRM information in real time.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Able to maintain a high level of productivity while working accurately and efficiently
  • Patient and composed, with excellent communication skills
  • Intentional in their work, with a focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Naturally supportive of colleagues and able to work effectively in a team environment
  • At least one year of experience in litigation support, preferably with a background in the BPO industry
  • Three years of experience working night shifts, demonstrating adaptability and resilience
