About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Paralegal to support our Litigation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery processes, and filings. The successful candidate will play a vital role in case preparation and management, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, managing discovery, and assisting with trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organize and maintain complex legal files to ensure compliance with procedural requirements.
  • Conduct thorough legal and factual research, producing concise and well-supported findings.
  • Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and witness materials in advance of hearings and trials.
  • Track deadlines, hearings, and schedules to prevent delays and ensure smooth case progression.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to gather and clarify case details.
  • Manage document production and review during discovery, ensuring timely and accurate results.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal working in litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery processes, and filings.
  • Proficiency with case management systems (Clio, PracticePanther, or equivalent).
  • Skilled in legal research tools such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or PACER.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
