Job Overview

This is a critical role that supports the attorney through the entire litigation process.

The Litigation Support Specialist will work with a law firm specializing in trust litigation, which involves disputes over how a trust is set up, who benefits, or how it is managed.

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual who can review and summarize medical records, financial records, and case documents for an average of 20 active litigation cases.

The ideal candidate will be able to draft substantive responses to discovery, including form interrogatories, special interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, accountable, compassionate, and growth-oriented, with a passion for continuing to learn every day.

They must also be patient and poised, intentional in their work, and naturally supportive of others.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and summarize medical records, financial records, and case documents for an average of 20 active litigation cases.
  • Draft substantive responses to discovery, including form interrogatories, special interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions.
  • Organize and compile information, evidence, witnesses, document logs, spreadsheets, charts, etc., to detail findings for attorney review.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
  • 1 year of litigation support experience.
  • 3 years of experience in the legal industry.
  • 2 years of working night shifts.
