We are inviting a qualified person to join us, based at Alabang, Muntinlupa, Philippines, as: -

SALES MANAGER (INDUSTRIAL METROLOGY)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and further build up a strong sales team to handle sales of industrial metrology solutions such as optical CMMs, portable-arm CMMs, laser trackers, gear testers, X-Ray CT, etc., and to increase our business footprint in the Philippines. This includes leading and inspiring the sales team to cover existing and develop new customer relationships and to achieve their personal and team targets consistently.

  • Work closely with Management to develop and implement appropriate strategies for the sustenance, development, and further growth of our business in the Philippines. This includes accurate and timely reporting to the Sales Director or as assigned, including updating your reports in our CRM as the effective basis for team-wide follow-up and support.

Qualification

  • Good recognised Degree in Engineering or Science fields with interests in quality/metrology
  • Relevant working experience with a proven track record in sales and in a managerial capacity
  • A "sales heart" or passion and interest to learn the sales processes and industrial metrology, good knowledge of corporate sales processes, strong interpersonal communication skills, high integrity, and discipline to be able to lead by example.
  • You are expected to be able to work both independently and interdependently with colleagues within and across departments and across our other subsidiaries. In other words, a team player with strong inter-personal communication skills, high integrity and discipline.
