Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Muntinlupa City. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing strategies to achieve revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks involve overseeing the sales team, conducting market research, preparing sales budgets, and ensuring excellent customer service. Collaboration with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales skills, including experience in strategy development, client relationship management, and lead generation
  • Proficient in market analysis, forecasting, and evaluating competitive landscapes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Team management experience with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with sales software tools
