RNM Dynamics Phils. Inc. is seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in the frozen goods sector. The ideal candidate has strong industry knowledge, leadership experience, and a proven track record in sales of frozen products.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and market share in frozen goods.
  • Manage and lead a sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the frozen goods industry.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Willing to travel as needed.
