About the role
Our Company is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR and Admin Officer to join our team in Lipa City, Batangas. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and human resources tasks, playing a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our growing organization.
What you'll be doing
- Manage day-to-day administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and general office support
- Assist with the recruitment and on boarding of new employees
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate employee benefits, training, and development programs
- Handle payroll processing and other HR-related tasks
- Provide support for procurement, travel arrangements, and other administrative functions as needed
- Contribute to the implementation of process improvements and system enhancements
What we're looking for
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role, preferably within the logistics industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office suite and experience with HR information systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices
