What You'll Do

As our Property Admin Assistant, you'll play a central role in our daily operations, handling a variety of tasks that support our property management team and contribute to homeowner satisfaction.

  • Provide excellent customer service to homeowners and prospective clients.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for homeowners, addressing inquiries, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins and move-outs.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Conduct inspections of units subject to turnover.
  • Schedule property inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Maintain and organize property records, contracts, and other important documents, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurately filed.
  • Assist with fee collection, preparation of financial reports, and management of property budgets.
  • Support marketing efforts by assisting in preparing and distributing materials, updating property listings, and supporting open houses and property showings.
  • Ensure compliance with local property laws and regulations.
  • Assist in preparing necessary documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Handle complaints and professionally resolve issues.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
