HR/Admin Staff

- Assist in job postings, scheduling interviews, and initial candidate screening.
- Support orientation and onboarding of new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR database.
- Administer employee benefits, leave records, and attendance monitoring.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company events.
- Handle office supplies requests and monitor inventory.
- Prepare and process check requests and other related transactions.
- Coordinate transmittal of documents and items to other sites.
- Support bank transactions and related administrative duties.
- Monitor and manage corporate giveaways and company-issued items.
- Assist in receiving visitors and attending to their needs.
- Perform other tasks to support department operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of HR and/or administrative experience (internship experience accepted).
- Knowledge of HR processes such as recruitment, employee records, and benefits is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexible and willing to handle both HR and administrative tasks.
