  • Assist in job postings, scheduling interviews, and initial candidate screening.
  • Support orientation and onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR database.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave records, and attendance monitoring.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company events.
  • Handle office supplies requests and monitor inventory.
  • Prepare and process check requests and other related transactions.
  • Coordinate transmittal of documents and items to other sites.
  • Support bank transactions and related administrative duties.
  • Monitor and manage corporate giveaways and company-issued items.
  • Assist in receiving visitors and attending to their needs.
  • Perform other tasks to support department operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of HR and/or administrative experience (internship experience accepted).
  • Knowledge of HR processes such as recruitment, employee records, and benefits is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexible and willing to handle both HR and administrative tasks.
