  • Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, recording inventory data, maintaining storage areas, and conducting regular stock counts.
  • Regularly checking inventory levels, identifying potential shortages or overstock situations, and notifying supervisors. Ensuring accurate inventory records to support the resort's operations.
  • Willing to relocate or travel
  • Accurately recording details of all received items, including descriptions, quantities, and storage locations, using inventory management systems or other tracking methods.
  • Maintaining a neat, organized, and safe storage area for all inventory items.
  • Working with other departments (e.g., F&B, housekeeping, maintenance) to understand their inventory needs and ensure adequate supplies are available.
  • Adhering to the resort's policies and procedures related to inventory management, including safety and security protocols.
  • Ability to maintain a well-organized and efficient inventory system.
  • Ability to identify and resolve inventory-related issues.
  • Experienced as an Inventory Assistant/Clerk is a plus.
