About the role

We are seeking a driven and organised Inventory Assistant to join our team at Autoglass.Ph.,Inc' in Mandaue City, Cebu. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient inventory operations within our warehousing and distribution facility. As an Inventory Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock levels, timely order fulfillment, and supporting the overall logistics of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting regular stock counts and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Assisting with the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
  • Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders in a timely manner
  • Organising and maintaining the warehouse and storage areas
  • Collaborating with the logistics team to optimise inventory management and workflow
  • Identifying and reporting any discrepancies or issues to the team
  • Adhering to all safety and quality standards within the warehouse

What we're looking for

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes
  • Good numerical and data entry skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a similar warehousing or logistics role is preferred
