We're hiring a Finance and Inventory Assistant who will work directly under our Finance and Inventory Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn the ropes of healthcare finance operations, values structure, and thrives in a culture that pushes for clarity, excellence, and consistent improvement.

Job Overview:

The Finance and Inventory Associate will provide essential support in our finance and inventory operations. While the Finance and Inventory Specialist leads the financial oversight, compliance, and confidentiality responsibilities, the Associate will focus on executing day-to-day tasks — from banking and purchasing to inventory tracking and clerical support. This role covers all branches under N&P Health Group Corp.

This is a supportive yet growth-oriented role for someone who wants to be exposed to real systems while being mentored.

Reporting Location: Bacolod City

Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time, office-based work

Key Responsibilities:

Finance:

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining financial documents such as receipts, invoices, payment records, and budget files.
  • Help process reimbursements, petty cash documentation, and payment requests.
  • Support day-to-day banking transactions as instructed by the Finance Specialist.
  • Encode and update data in tracking sheets and prepare simple reports when required.
  • Coordinate with external partners or vendors when needed.

Inventory:

  • Monitor and log incoming/outgoing supplies and inventory materials.
  • Ensure clinic branches are updated on the status of restocking requests.
  • Help prepare purchase orders and coordinate deliveries.
  • Assist during monthly or quarterly inventory audits and documentation.
  • Maintain inventory records using spreadsheets or tracking systems.

Admin and Cross-functional Support:

  • Provide clerical assistance to the Finance and Inventory Specialist.
  • Coordinate with clinic staff for purchase requests and inventory-related concerns.
  • Help organize files, receipts, and folders both physically and digitally.
  • Uphold integrity, timeliness, and efficiency in all delegated tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or other related fields is a plus, but not necessary (fresh grads welcome).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets is a must.
  • Highly organized and willing to work under supervision.
  • Can follow through on tasks with minimal reminders.
  • Strong sense of integrity, accountability, and willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in an admin, purchasing, or inventory-related role is a plus.
