  1. Conduct a monthly inventory of products and spare parts together with the Stock Custodian. This must be in conformance with the stock card record.
  2. Reconciles discrepancies in inventories with the coordination of the Stock Custodian. Immediately notify the Supply Chain Supervisor of irregularities.
  3. When a shipment of new stocks arrives, the Inventory Asst. must check the prices compared to the purchase order amount. Any discrepancies must be reported to the Purchasing Assistant.
  4. The Sales Invoice must be checked by the Inventory Assistant for the quantity of goods verification.
  5. For advance delivery, no item will be released without an approved advance delivery request form. At the same time, before releasing it, it must be supported by a transmittal form to be signed by the client. This must be monitored with the collaboration with the Sales and Marketing Department.
  6. All replacements must be supported by an acknowledgement receipt, and it must be signed by the client.
  7. For consignment, no item will be released without an approved consignment request form. This must be monitored with the collaboration with the Sales and Marketing Department.
  8. Monitor the stock level of forms for risograph printing.
  9. Monitoring of products expiry dates.
  10. The Inventory Assistant must inform the Sales Department of the products with one (1) year and below expiry monthly. This must be done through email and hard copy report.
  11. Coordinate with the Corporate Pharmacist for the disposal of expired pharmaceutical products and controlled chemicals.
  12. Submit a weekly and monthly inventory report of pharmaceutical and controlled products to the Corporate Pharmacist via webmail.
  13. Notify the Corporate Pharmacist all transactions of controlled chemicals being transpired via webmail.
  14. Defective products must be reported to the Products Specialist for proper action and must be documented and closely monitored.
  15. Make sure that no furniture and fixtures, equipment and equivalent must be released to the employee or department without a property sticker.
  16. Do other related tasks as directed by the Supply Chain Supervisor, Admin and General Manager.
