Position Summary:

The Encoding and Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate data records and managing inventory systems to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. This role involves precise data entry, conducting regular audits of both digital records and physical inventory, and collaborating across departments to resolve discrepancies. The specialist ensures the integrity of data and inventory records through rigorous quality control processes and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately encode data and inventory transactions into internal systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of stock levels, product movement, and inventory adjustments.
  • Perform regular audits of both data records and physical inventory to ensure alignment.
  • Identify and reconcile discrepancies between recorded and actual inventory.
  • Collaborate with procurement, warehousing, and other departments to ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain detailed data logs, inventory reports, and audit trails for traceability and accountability.
  • Develop and implement data validation checks, inventory control measures, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Generate reports on inventory accuracy and audit findings, and present to management or stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing and refining procedures for inventory tracking, encoding, and auditing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php550.00 per day
