
Operations Assistant

- Receiving and checking deliveries: Verify accuracy of items against orders, ensuring correct quantity and type of stock, and sign delivery notes.
- Warehousing: Unpack items, follow handling instructions (especially for fragile items), arrange items on shelves, and assist with order fulfillment by picking and loading stock.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment, reporting any breakages and spills.
- Operations Support: Assist the manager with daily operations, schedule meetings and team building sessions, answer inquiries from staff and stakeholders.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service while managing relationships with vendors.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare and file forms, and, order office supplies as needed, update logs and order forms, and analyze operations, suggesting improvements to the manager.
- Standing in for the Manager: Act as second-in-command, handling all managerial duties during their absence.
Qualifications:
- Must have inventory/warehouse experience.
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Commerce or any related field is required for this position.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Can start immediately
- Candidate must be willing to be assigned in Bacolod City and nearby cities/provinces
