Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Executive located in Manila, Philippines. We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Executive to provide comprehensive HR support and lead key HR actions in the Philippines – primarily in Talent Acquisition, Organizational Effectiveness, and Employee Relations - in line with the Company's VMV strategies and objectives. Lead our recruitment efforts in collaboration with relevant business/department heads as we establish and expand our retail network in the Philippines. Assist the manager to work with the HR HQ team in Malaysia, and the senior leadership team in the Philippines to optimize headcount and payroll of the Philippines, by leading local HR delivery, partnering with leadership, and building a solid regional team. Build a solid HR team and processes in the Philippines with shared service support for Malaysia.

Qualifications

  • University graduate from HR Management or a professional certificate in a related discipline
  • Min 8-10 years of related experience as an HR generalist
  • Possess and maintain at all times updates and competent HR knowledge and practices while ensuring fairness and an unbiased view of staff developmental areas
  • Encourage effective communication skills and team spirit between retail staff and management
  • Build and maintain good rapport with HODs, staff, and external vendors
  • Staff to conduct themselves in a proper and professional manner in compliance with the VG Policies and Procedures
