About the Role

We are looking for a
Human Resources and Administration Manager
to lead our people and administrative operations in alignment with the organization's goals. This role will be instrumental in supporting recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and overall HR strategy while ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the
    employee life cycle
    , including hiring, onboarding, and exit processes.
  • Develop and implement processes for
    attendance tracking, performance management
    , and employee engagement.
  • Foster a
    positive workplace culture
    through engagement initiatives and proactive employee relations.
  • Manage employee relations matters and collaborate with the
    Headquarters team
    for issue resolution.
  • Track, analyze, and report
    HR metrics
    such as attrition, absenteeism, and training effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage the
    travel approval process
    and other administrative workflows.
  • Support
    organizational restructuring
    and
    change management initiatives
    .
  • Oversee
    office infrastructure, facility management
    , and day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Ensure proper
    documentation management
    and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Provide
    immigration support and compliance
    for both local hires and expatriates.
  • Prepare and share
    periodic HR and administrative reports
    with leadership, offering insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration
    , or a related field.
  • Around 10 years
    of HR and administrative experience, with at least
    5 years in a managerial capacity
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    Philippine labor laws
    and HR compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
