Jardine Schindler Group (JSG) is a joint venture between Jardine Matheson (est.1832) and Schindler Group(est JSG is specialized in design, engineer, install, maintain and modernize elevators, escalators and moving walkways in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, Vietnam, the Philippines, Macau, Myanmar, Brunei and Cambodia. On average, 100 million people throughout the Asia Pacific regions will be transported by equipment supplied and maintained by JSG on any given day.

Human Resource (HR) Generalist

We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws
  • Extensive experience in benefits administration
  • Support the hiring process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, address concerns, and mediate conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure the organization adheres to labor laws and regulations, conducting audits and maintaining necessary documentation.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities
  • Support the rollout f global HR initiatives and training activities.
  • Identify training needs and administer training procedures.
  • Prepare training plan, schedule and ensure timely implementation.
  • Ensure training records are maintained.
  • Participate in frontline connect sessions to better understand urgent concerns and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders
  • Implement Safety and Health training curriculum and competency needs
  • Promote employee motivation in area of Safety and Health with health and welfare programs
