Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Silang, Cavite. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and organizational development. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, facilitating training programs, maintaining employee records, addressing workplace issues, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. The role requires close collaboration with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and to foster a culture of engagement, growth, and accountability.
Qualifications
- Expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Knowledge of compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and ethical practices
- Experience in performance management, training, and staff development
- Proficiency in HR systems, record-keeping, and reporting
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate across departments and at all organizational levels
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
