Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR and Office Manager to oversee human resources operations and office administration. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the forex, trading, or financial services industry, with a strong understanding of local labor laws, recruitment practices, and HR operations. This role requires a hands-on professional capable of managing both people and processes while ensuring a productive, compliant, and positive work environment.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management
- Execute full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company standards and local regulations.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management in coordination with senior management.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and employee benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government reporting requirements
- Support manpower planning, headcount reporting, and staff development initiatives.
- Maintain employee files and HR records with strict confidentiality.
Office & Administrative Management
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning and a professional work environment.
- Manage office facilities, suppliers, and service providers (lease, utilities, office equipment, pantry, etc.).
- Coordinate logistics for company events, training, and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with local business permits and operational requirements.
- Handle budget planning and expense monitoring for office operations.
Recruitment & Industry Alignment
- Work closely with regional and HQ teams to support recruitment for sales, marketing, and operations roles in the forex industry.
- Source candidates familiar with financial markets, CFDs, and trading platforms.
- Assist in workforce scaling and local HR strategy to support business growth.
Culture & Engagement
- Foster a strong company culture emphasizing teamwork, integrity, and performance.
- Plan team-building activities and engagement programs to enhance employee morale.
- Serve as a key contact point between management and employees, promoting transparent communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR and office management experience, preferably in the forex, trading, or financial services sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor law and HR compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Chinese and Filipino.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HR systems or ATS tools is an advantage.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential matters with professionalism.
- Able to work independently while coordinating with regional and HQ teams.
