Sta. Clara International Corporation (SCIC) is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to support our construction teams and office staff by promoting a fair, safe, and engaging workplace. This role focuses on resolving workplace concerns, supporting managers, and driving employee engagement initiatives across projects. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues. Conduct and document investigations into employee relations matters. Guide supervisors on performance management, conflict resolution, and policy compliance. Partner with site leadership to build a respectful, productive, and safety-focused culture. Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities (e.g., recognition programs, team-building, site events). Track employee relations trends and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience. 2–3 years of employee relations or HR generalist experience (construction or field-based industry preferred). Strong knowledge of employment laws and workplace investigation practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality. Can start immediately is preferred.
