
Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
a) Client Prospecting & Acquisition
- Actively identify and approach potential clients through calls, visits, networking, and online platforms.
- Conduct initial presentations and introductions of the company's services.
- Build a pipeline of qualified prospects to be converted into clients.
b) Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain relationships with small to mid-level clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups.
- Address client inquiries, provide service information, and coordinate with the BDM for customized solutions.
- Represent the company at client meetings, trade events, and networking activities.
c) Sales Execution
- Assist in closing smaller accounts independently while supporting the BDM in larger negotiations.
- Prepare quotations and basic proposals for prospective clients.
- Promote company services to existing and potential clients to increase sales.
d) Market Intelligence
- Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Share market feedback and insights with the BDM to support sales strategies.
e) Performance Tracking
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team's revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update reports on leads, meetings, and closed deals.
- Track client satisfaction and ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
a) Perform assigned tasks and responsibilities to the best of abilities as delegated by the BDM or Company.
b) Comply with company instructions, policies, and ethical standards.
c) Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
d) Undertake additional sales-related duties as assigned by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php38,000.00 per month
