Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function as well as the maintenance of the physical office space. This role is crucial in supporting the organization to achieve its business goals through its human resources.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to screening to interviewing to job offer until onboarding.
  • Mediate and resolve employee disputes, ensuring the fair and respectful resolution of conflict to maintain the respectful environment at work.
  • Implement and manage the performance appraisal process, and provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
  • Administer and manage the company's compensation and benefits programs including payroll processing, government-mandated benefits, and other applicable perks.
  • Ensure that all human resource programs are compliant with the prescription of the Labor Code, as well as remaining competitiveness in the talent market.
  • Champion a positive and inclusive work culture through appropriate employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain the operation and physical office space through appropriate maintenance activities
  • Perform relevant tasks or projects that can contribute to the growth and success of the organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or any similar field
  • Prior experience in HR and Admin in a similar capacity is an advantage
  • 1-2 years of previous professional experience is an advantage
