Company Description

Las Arca is a small production agency that makes custom packaging for gifts and PR kits, conceptualizes and customizes premiums and merchandise, and handles door-to-door delivery of these gifts.

We are growing consistently and aggressively through the last 7 years and are building our brand to also offer paper and food packaging through Foldy PH and a merchandise and activations arm through Peanut & Fang.

Role Description

The Human Resource Manager handles the company's employees, including recruiting new staff, developing manpower policies unique to each role, facilitating training and development, employee growth assessment, resolving workplace issues, internal comms and ensuring a positive work environment for all.

Responsibilities

· Recruitment, onboarding and training, getting familiar with every job in the organization and its responsibilities

· Occasional training, seminars, briefing for the employee handbook, company policies, protocols, etc

· Resolving conflicts, employee grievances and fostering a positive and productive work environment

· Handbook and policy development

· Assisting with performance assessment and review

Qualifications

· Must have at least 1 year's experience human resources. Actual employment is preferred but OJT's and internships will also be considered as viable experience

· College graduate

· Great communication and relation skills

· Computer literate (email, GSuite, Microsoft Office)
