Job description:
Arbitrail MNL is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function, acting as a strategic HR Business Partner, overseeing office management, and championing employee welfare. This role will play a key part in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring a positive work environment, and driving employee engagement and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Provide guidance on talent management, succession planning, and workforce development.
- Support organizational change initiatives and drive a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Office Management & Administration
- Oversee office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace environment.
- Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, facilities, and external services.
- Ensure workplace safety, security, and compliance with office regulations.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and administrative processes.
- Employee Welfare & Engagement
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee well-being and work-life balance.
- Drive employee engagement programs, including recognition, wellness, and social events.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and foster a supportive work culture.
- Monitor and improve workplace policies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR management, including business partnering.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and office administration.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
