Compensation & Benefits

  • Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure equity and competitiveness.
  • Administer payroll, incentive programs, and benefits enrollment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure cost-effective benefits strategies.

Training & Development

  • Assess organizational training needs and create annual training plans.
  • Design and deliver in-house training programs and source external providers when necessary.
  • Develop leadership and career development initiatives.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and impact on employee performance.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

General HR Leadership

  • Support overall HR initiatives including policy development, performance management, and talent acquisition.
  • Serve as a resource for employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain and update HR documentation and systems.
  • Provide strategic guidance to management on HR best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 2 years focused on compensation & benefits and training.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, compensation practices, and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, CHRP, SHRM-CP) is an advantage.
