Compensation & Benefits
- Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure equity and competitiveness.
- Administer payroll, incentive programs, and benefits enrollment processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure cost-effective benefits strategies.
Training & Development
- Assess organizational training needs and create annual training plans.
- Design and deliver in-house training programs and source external providers when necessary.
- Develop leadership and career development initiatives.
- Monitor training effectiveness and impact on employee performance.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
General HR Leadership
- Support overall HR initiatives including policy development, performance management, and talent acquisition.
- Serve as a resource for employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Maintain and update HR documentation and systems.
- Provide strategic guidance to management on HR best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 2 years focused on compensation & benefits and training.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compensation practices, and adult learning principles.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, CHRP, SHRM-CP) is an advantage.
