I. JOB MISSION/SUMMARY
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates. Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.

- Prepare job description
- Attend job fairs and hiring events
- Candidate screening
- Communicate with hiring managers
- Prepare and post job ads online
- Determining staffing needs
- Process background checks
- Recruitment and staffing
- Coordinating interviews
- Creating a recruitment strategy
- Support to social media recruiting activities
- Arranging interviews and booking rooms
- Develop sourcing strategies
III. JOB SPECIFICATION, COMPETENCIES AND PROFILE
- College graduate preferably in Psychology, Education, or other Business related course or must have undergone special course in training.
- At least 2 years related experience
- Ability to teach and communicate: basic knowledge of statistics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret statistical reports.
- Highly organized and Proficient in MS Application.
- Ability to develop modules and learning syllabus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
