Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Prepare and update employee records, contracts, and HR-related documentation.
- Monitor and maintain attendance records, leave requests, and daily time reports.
- Assist in processing payroll-related data such as attendance and deductions.
- Support training and employee relations activities (orientation, evaluation, events, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with government statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Handle basic HR and admin tasks, including filing, encoding, and responding to employee inquiries.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding HR concerns and updates.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR or administrative work (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Knowledge of labor laws and government contributions is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and can handle confidential information with discretion.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
