Key responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and onboarding:

  • Post job openings and screen applications.

  • Conduct initial interviews and assist with background checks.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, including orientation and new hire paperwork.
  • Employee administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, contracts, and attendance.

  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration, which includes processing payments and resolving issues.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often required.
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
