Job Title: HR Staff (Active Pooling)

Location: South Caloocan City

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Job Description:

We are actively pooling candidates for the HR Staff position to join our Human Resources team in the near future. The HR Staff will assist in various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, and administrative support. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, people-oriented, and eager to develop their HR skills in a dynamic workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process (sourcing, scheduling interviews, and initial screening).
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
  • Help facilitate onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, memos, and certifications.
  • Assist in implementing HR programs, company events, and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to work on-site at South Caloocan City.
