Qualifications:
- Graduated with Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or any related field
- At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or HR administrative work is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and can handle confidential information
- Proficient in using online job platforms and sourcing tools
- Preferably residing in Quezon City
Job Description:
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Post job openings on different platforms and screen applications
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final interviews
- Prepare and process pre-employment requirements
- Maintain and organize employee 201 files, ensuring all documents are complete and properly labeled
- Update HR databases, employee records, and reports
- Support HR programs, company events, and employee engagement activities
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
