What You'll Do:

  • Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice for members reaching out via phone and email.
  • Translate complex program details into easy-to-understand information.
  • Listen actively to identify member needs and provide accurate, helpful solutions.
  • Process account updates and member requests efficiently and with meticulous care.
  • Skillfully troubleshoot issues, working towards positive resolutions for members.
  • Maintain precise records of all member interactions and transactions.

What You Bring:

  • A proven track record in a client-facing role focused on support and problem-solving (e.g., account coordination, client relations).
  • Exceptional communication skills – you're clear, concise, and genuinely empathetic in writing and speaking.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to effectively address diverse member inquiries.
  • Comfort and proficiency with computer systems and accurate data entry.
  • A commitment to accuracy, detail, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
