Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Intern who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. The intern will support the Business Development team in managing mailing campaigns, organizing client information, and assisting with reports and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and organize potential client leads using Apollo.
  • Maintain client records and contact information in HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and format email templates for mailing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the Business Development team for content review and approval.
  • Manage mailing campaigns by uploading leads, scheduling emails, and tracking responses via Instantly or HubSpot Sequences.
  • Forward interested client responses to the BD team for follow-up.
  • Prepare simple weekly reports on campaign updates and results.

Qualifications:

  • Organized, responsible, and pays close attention to detail.
  • Willing to learn and able to follow instructions carefully.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support the team.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php1, Php5,000.00 per month
