Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day operations and assist in managing cross-functional projects.
  • Shadow department heads to learn workflows within Marketing, Creatives, and Production teams.
  • Help track project timelines, update documentation, and maintain reports.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, meeting notes, and other operational materials.
  • Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
  • Observe and analyze operational challenges while contributing to problem-solving initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Interested in leadership, team coordination, and cross-departmental functions.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
