Overview:

We are a growing consulting business supporting property management agencies across Australia. With a steady stream of leads coming in, we're now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help streamline our operations, support our clients, and contribute to the internal growth of our business. This role requires someone with a property management background, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and is highly organised. No two days will be the same

  • Compensation: 540 AUD/month (paid bimonthly)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Melbourne Time (24hrs/week)
  • Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and systemise internal operations, including developing and updating SOPs.
  • Cross-check client data and assist with KPI tracking.
  • Pull and collate reports from property management software (e.g. PropertyMe, Inspection Express).
  • Input and manage client-facing templates, workflows, and email communications.
  • Prepare client proposals and assist with invoicing.
  • Support with social media scheduling and ad campaigns (as time allows).
  • Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Proactive, forward-thinking, and solution-oriented
  • Experience in the property management industry
  • Working knowledge of PropertyMe and Inspection Express
  • Knowledge of Inspect Real Estate (bonus, not required)
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

The candidate must be proficient in the following tools:

  • Go High Level CRM, Microsoft 365, Property Me, Inspection Express, Inspect Real Estate, Canva, Loom, Opus Clip
