About the Role

We manage clients and projects across the U.S. and the Philippines spanning entertainment, sports, food, and media.

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can lead strategy, content planning, and publishing across multiple brands — ensuring consistent posting schedules, growth, and creative alignment.

This role is perfect for someone who loves creating engaging content, understands storytelling, and thrives in managing multiple pages or accounts with a strong sense of tone and timing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage content calendars for multiple clients and campaigns.

Write and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Collaborate with creatives, designers, and editors to produce engaging content.

Curate trending and relevant reels, news, or topics for each brand.

Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual quality across all channels.

Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and manage online communities.

Track post performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.

Support with brainstorming content ideas and campaign concepts.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Proven ability to manage multiple social media accounts or brands at once.

Skilled in content planning and scheduling tools (Meta Suite, Later, Metricool, etc.).

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok trends.

Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Express).

Excellent writing skills and fluency in English.

Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Meta Insights, Google Sheets, etc.).

Reliable internet connection and ability to work during set hours.

Nice to Have

Background in lifestyle, food, sports, or entertainment content.

Able to edit light reels on CapCut.

Experience collaborating with influencers or creators.

Understanding of paid media (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and performance tracking.

Familiarity with Notion, Airtable, or ClickUp for content planning.
