We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. This role involves developing content strategies, managing engagement, and executing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and audience interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all company social media platforms
  • Moderate comments, messages, and community interactions
  • Engage with target audiences by liking and commenting within the brand's sphere of influence
  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to drive awareness and growth
  • Create and research content ideas aligned with trends and audience preferences
  • Schedule posts and maintain an organized content calendar
  • Distribute marketing materials and manage posting workflows
  • Design and edit graphics using Canva or similar tools

Additional Tasks

  • Perform basic video editing and repurposing of existing content
  • Edit and convert clips for multiple platforms including YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram Reels, and Stories
  • Add captions, descriptions, and hashtags to optimize reach and engagement

Experience and Proficiency

  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated experience in social media management or related roles is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools
  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools and platform optimization
