Position Overview
We're hiring a full-time, fully remote Virtual Assistant (VA) Manager. This isn't a traditional VA management role. It's about building a personal brand operations ecosystem from the ground up — recruiting, training, and managing a specialized team of VAs in creative, marketing, administrative, and growth functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a team of Virtual Assistants across specialized areas, including:
- Personal Brand Operations
- Marketing & Creative Production
- Partnerships & Sponsorships
- Media, PR & Publicity
- Digital Products & Monetization
- Thought Leadership (Long-Form Content)
- Website, SEO, and Email Strategy
- Social Media (Posting, Engagement, Repurposing, "Child Accounts")
- Content Creation (Video, Graphics, Copywriting)
- Lead daily team huddles (PST time) to align goals, progress, and blockers.
- Implement structure across ClickUp, Slack, and Notion/Knowledgebase for transparency and accountability.
- Hire, train, and onboard new VAs; maintain high standards for quality, detail, and creativity.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, dashboards, and performance reports for all personal brand operations.
- Manage project timelines and ensure consistent content delivery across all brand platforms.
- Partner directly with the founder to translate ideas into action across brand storytelling, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Oversee social media strategy — ensure consistent posting, engagement, and content repurposing.
- Track performance metrics across social, SEO, email, and partnerships, driving measurable growth.
- Foster a creative, high-accountability team culture built on innovation, storytelling, and speed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php Php1,000.00 per day
