We are looking for an experienced and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to lead and execute high-impact campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires strong expertise in managing U.S.-based client accounts, strategic content planning, and producing engaging, on-trend social media content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all social media platforms and ensure consistent brand presence
  • Moderate and respond to comments and messages, engaging within the brand's sphere of influence
  • Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement
  • Research and create compelling content tailored to target audiences
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, viral formats, and audience behavior
  • Schedule posts and maintain an organized content calendar
  • Design graphics and visual materials using Canva or similar applications

Experience and Proficiency

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Advanced experience in social media management, particularly for U.S.-based clients
  • In-depth familiarity with trending audios, formats, and viral content styles on TikTok and Instagram Reels
  • Proven ability to create content that aligns with both brand strategy and creative direction
  • Strong understanding of content optimization for reach and engagement
  • Skilled in Canva and AI-powered creative tools
  • Basic video editing proficiency
  • Experience using Asana, Google Drive, Google Chat, Instagram, Canva, CapCut, and Flodesk is highly preferred
