About the Role:

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Associate to drive lead generation and relationship management efforts. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between prospective clients and a network of professional coaches, aligning client needs with the appropriate coaching services.

You'll be responsible for managing client interactions, booking sessions with coaches, and ensuring both parties remain engaged throughout the process. This role also involves overseeing a dedicated group of coaches and supporting them using CRM tools and marketing channels to foster ongoing relationships. Additionally, you will provide part-time support to the back-office team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and recommend suitable coaches.
  • Schedule and manage coaching sessions, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and coaches.
  • Maintain relationships with a roster of coaches, keeping them informed and engaged.
  • Utilize CRM software to track client interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Leverage marketing channels to drive interest and maintain engagement.
  • Collaborate with the back-office team by providing part-time administrative support.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and provide reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in lead generation, client services, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and strategies is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
