Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with strong sales and lead generation experience to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective NDIS and healthcare clients, building trusted relationships, and closing opportunities that directly contribute to our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and engage prospective clients through cold outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, nurturing them through the sales cycle
- Drive client acquisition and successfully close new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to align strategies with growth targets
- Prepare and deliver proposals to prospective clients
- Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Report on sales metrics, pipeline activity, and conversion rates
Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in business development, outbound sales, or lead generation
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred:
- Experience in outsourcing, staffing, or B2B services
- Familiarity with the NDIS, healthcare, or disability services sector
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
