Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. As a BDR, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and qualifying new leads, building relationships, and collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure the company's growth and success.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the expansion of our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, research, and identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead activities in the CRM system.
- Build strong relationships with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and target strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs, including the number of calls, emails, and qualified opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using CRM software and sales tools.
