Role Overview

What You'll Do: Full Sales Cycle Ownership
This role is for someone who can work independently and manage the entire sales process for our POS devices:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Independently generate high-quality sales leads through cold calls, field visits, and digital outreach, focusing on businesses (retail, restaurants, SMEs) needing modern POS solutions.
- Customized Selling: Don't just pitch; create tailor-fit presentations and proposals that clearly demonstrate how our POS technology will solve the client's specific business problems.
- Close the Deal: Take full responsibility for the negotiation and closing of the sale.
- Deployment & Onboarding: Manage the client experience from signed contract through successful system deployment and on-site onboarding (preferred) to ensure immediate satisfaction.
- Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate client data in the CRM and provide continuous reporting and open communication with our small executive team.
What We're Looking For
- Experience (Required): Minimum of six (6) months of professional experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development with a focus on revenue generation.
- Startup Mindset: Must be highly motivated, independent, and comfortable working within a small team (less than 10 employees) where you own your results.
- Location: Willingness to work primarily in our Quezon Ave office headquarters and conduct regular field visits for client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Drive: Goal-oriented with a strong desire to exceed sales targets and grow quickly in the FinTech space.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
